ODC migration to AWS

Dear all,

Today we migrated the ODC infrastructure to AWS.
In the last few weeks we have been running the two infrastructures in parallel to perform testing and validation. Despite this there might be still some issues appeared when moving to production.
For instance, we are aware of the issues with the Routing and the Availability services.
We are working to solve them asap. Please let us know (rdsa-agile@knmi.nl) if you notice unexpected behaviours.

I had a SSL certificate issue pop up yesterday (domain name issue), visiting this forum. But you fixed it before I could even report it. :sweat_smile: :+1:

I think it works again.

Routing should work again. We still need to check on the load and CPU usage.
